Let gaming be a source of fun, not stress. 00bd9 provides all the tools and support you need to play safely and mindfully.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Online gaming and betting is a popular form of entertainment for many people. But just like any other entertainment, moderation and awareness are essential here too. Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming while staying aware of your limits, keeping within your budget, and controlling how long you play.

00bd9 believes every player's experience should be enjoyable and safe. That is why we have built tools and features into our platform to help you maintain healthy gaming habits. Our goal is to ensure gaming never becomes a source of financial pressure or mental distress.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life — now is the time to act. 00bd9 is always here for you through 24/7 live chat support in Bengali.

Warning Signs

Seek help immediately if you notice any of the following signs:

  • Spending more money than your budget allows
  • Placing more bets to recover money you have lost
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
  • Feeling restless or uncomfortable without gaming
  • Using time meant for sleep, work, or family on gaming
  • Gaming with borrowed money or by dipping into savings

Our Protection Tools and Features

00bd9 has a range of effective tools ready for your responsible gaming. Use them to keep your gaming healthy.

Age Verification — 21+

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play at 00bd9. We follow a strict age verification process to prevent access by minors. Please make sure your device is kept out of reach of minors.

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it is not possible to deposit beyond that amount, which protects you from overspending. Contact our support team to set or change your limit.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need to take a break for a while, use the self-exclusion feature. Your account can be suspended temporarily or permanently for a set period (from 30 days to permanently). During this time, all marketing communications will also be stopped.

Time-Out Feature

Gaming for long stretches without a break is not healthy. Using the time-out feature, you can take a temporary break from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. When this feature is active, logging into your account will be temporarily disabled.

Reality Check Reminders

At set intervals, the system will remind you how long you have been playing and the total amount you have won or lost. These reminders give you a clear picture of your gaming session and help you make the right decisions.

Account Closure Feature

If you want to stop using 00bd9 entirely, contact our support team. We will arrange to permanently close your account and no promotional messages will be sent to you in the future.

21+

For Adults Only

To join 00bd9, you must be at least 21 years old. Please play responsibly.

Why Is the Age Limit Enforced Strictly?

Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest responsibilities. The brains of those under 21 are still developing, and the risk of gaming addiction is much greater at that age.

We verify age at the time of registration and request identity verification for suspicious accounts. If you suspect a minor is using our platform, please contact us.

If there are minors in your home, use passwords and parental controls on your device and keep your login details secure.

Tips for Healthy Gaming Habits

Follow these guidelines to ensure responsible gaming:

  • Set a fixed budget before you play and do not go beyond that limit.
  • Think of gaming as entertainment — not a source of income. Play prepared to lose.
  • Set a time limit for each session and take regular breaks.
  • Avoid gaming when you are emotional or under stress.
  • Resist the urge to place more bets to recover lost money (chasing losses).
  • Spend time with family, friends, and loved ones — gaming is just a small part of life.
  • Do not game after consuming alcohol or substances.
  • Review your gaming activity regularly and check your logs.

Financial Limits and Transaction Policy

As part of responsible gaming, 00bd9 follows clear financial rules. These limits have been set with your financial safety in mind.

Item Amount
Minimum Deposit ৳100
Minimum Withdrawal ৳1,000
Withdrawal Time 30 minutes to 3 hours
Payment Methods bKash, Nagad, Rocket

Start small. When playing for the first time, gain experience with the minimum amount, then gradually set a budget that works for you.

Remember, a deposit limit is a powerful tool. You can let our support team know to cap your maximum weekly or monthly deposit amount. This limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period — this is intentional so you cannot raise your limit on a moment's emotional impulse.

You can view your wallet balance and transaction history at any time from the Wallet page.

Responsible Gaming — Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about responsible gaming are provided below.

Yes, you can withdraw any balance remaining in your account while self-exclusion is active. However, new deposits and gaming activity will be temporarily suspended. Contact our support team to process your withdrawal.

A request to lower your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a waiting period — this is intentional, so you cannot raise your limit on a moment's emotional impulse.

Watch for these warning signs: spending beyond your budget, placing more bets to recover lost money, taking time away from family or work to game, being unable to stop gaming, and lying about your gaming. If you notice even one of these signs, contact our support team.

A time-out is a temporary break — usually from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Once that period ends, you can play again normally. Self-exclusion is longer-term — from a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent account closure. If your gaming problem is serious, self-exclusion is the right step.

Contact us immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]). We will investigate quickly and take the necessary action. Protecting minors is our highest priority.
